Please note the following: Pet Travel Pass is a mobile veterinary certification service; we do not have a shop or clinic. We collate all the information needed to make your pet's AHC online, then meet up with you and your pet in the Nottingham area to scan their microchip and issue the certificate. We meet people at either Sherwood Business Park NG15 0EA or Giltbrook Retail Park NG16 2RP; the location depends on the date of your collection
